Cancellation:

LimousineFörmedling is a company that communicates contacts between consumer and limousine companies. All booking or cancellation takes place directly between customer and limousine companies.

The passenger is responsible for cancelling the limousine service in case of changed travel plans. In case passenger is no-show without cancelling the limousine service a fee can be debited.
PRICING POLICY:

All published fares are subject to change without notice and may be higher during holidays or special events.

RATE ESTIMATE:

The rate quoted, prior to your trip, is an estimate based on the information you provided at the time of the reservation. Fees for tolls, gratuity, waiting time and additional stops are not included in the estimate and will increase your rate.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

Any changes made to your trip after pick-up may result in additional charges. Be sure to get an updated price from the driver or the office before proceeding on your way.

TOLLS:

Based on traffic, weather and road conditions of the day, your driver will make a determination of the safest and fastest route to your destination. He may occasionally opt to take a toll route over a free route based on his knowledge and experience.

Passengers are responsible for any tolls incurred throughout the trip. You will be charged the full toll rate. Discounted rates do not apply. Upon arrival at your destination, the driver will inform you of the tolls and add them to your bill. Tolls may vary from trip to trip based upon the route taken.

Privacy Policy:

  • We recommend that the maximum amount of passengers per car may not exceed the manufacturer recommendations of eight (8) and vary depending on the size of the people in your partyMake sure nothing is left in the car at the end of the event. This is your responsibility and we will accept absolutely no liability for anything you may have left behind.
  • Decorating the cars with any window paint is not allowed. Other decorations are left up to the discretion of the driver.
  • Glitter, popcorn, silly string, cheetos are not permitted.
  • You are financially responsible for any physical damage done to the car by you or your guests.
  • Refund Policy. Any cancellation will forfeit the $99 deposit anytime.
  • The limos may not be able to pick you up in your driveway or other tight areas depending on room and traffic flow. Our drivers will try to safely accommodate without risk of safety to the passengers, bystanders or possible damage or to the car.
  • The driver’s primary responsibility is to transport you safely. Also, it is to safeguard the car. Do not ask him to do anything that would require him to leave it. The car is never left unattended.
  • Do not ask the driver to speed or to break any laws.
  • Possession or use of illegal drugs by anyone is prohibited in the car. If the driver observes drugs, he will pull the car off the road, and you and your guests, along with your drugs must exit the car at once. In this event you will receive no refund.
  • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited. If this occurs the ride will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given.
  • Smoking or any form of vapor (e-cig) in the car is prohibited. The driver will gladly pull over for you if you request so you can smoke outside the car.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Driver has sole judgment without warning over the behavior of you or your guests. Unsafe, illegal, dangerous or irresponsible actions toward lives and/or property may terminate service immediately without refund.

Limousine mediation is GDPR Adapted One of our main priorities at Mr.Fononis Consulting AB is that your personal data is protected in the best way. That is why we are following the Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, which came into force in all EU member states on May 25, 2018. When you share information with us, we want you to feel confident in how we handle it.

GDPR, the "General Data Protection Regulation" replaces our current PUL, Personal Data Act and imposes stricter requirements and regulations on us that handle personal data in connection with recruitment / that you become a customer with us, for example examples of personal data are email addresses, IP addresses , resume and personal letters and even photos. The purpose of the law is to strengthen the protection of the individual's personal data while at the same time regulating EU legislation. At Limousine Services we handle a large number of personal data. We have complete control over who in the company has access to customers' personal data, how and in what way the data is stored, who the data is shared with and what data is stored and for how long. Our various internal systems ensure that we handle personal data properly.

Mr.Fononis Consulting AB never requests more personal information than necessary and we do not want to send personal letters or photos to customers. We have a well-developed structure for handling personal data that complies with the new legislation.

  • We only request email address, name, not postal address, social security number, photo or personal letter, ethnic affiliation, religion, or sexual orientation
  • We only disclose customer information to our customers with content that is only relevant to the service or assignment.
  • The customer may at any time ask to have his or her information deleted or changed.
  • We do not have digital systems for storing personal data
  • We have structured systems for customer consent

The Customer agrees that the processing of personal data provided in this consent will be processed by representatives of Mr.Fononis Consulting AB. The person responsible for the personal data processing is Mr.Fononis Consulting AB. Furthermore, the customer may withdraw his consent in its entirety at any time and terminate it.
